Neil Kelly Co., a leading residential remodeler in the Northwest for 65 years, has an immediate opening for an experienced solar systems salesperson in its Eugene office. The successful candidate will have several years’ experience estimating and selling solar work directly to homeowners. The sales person will also sell residential energy efficiency / weatherization / home performance. The Salesperson will work in a team with a BPI Certified Analyst, a Project Manager, solar installers and Weatherization Techs. The Salesperson is responsible for working with the client from the initial call through project completion with the assistance of his or her team.
The successful candidate will understand residential construction, will have strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, will be a team player, will be organized and have the ability to prioritize work, will be accurate and detail oriented. The successful candidate will have a comfortable working knowledge of Word. Other computer experience (Excel, Project) is a plus. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with colleagues to achieve a great result for the client, who takes pride in their work, and is goal oriented. Neil Kelly Salespeople provide their own vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a good driving record. This is a commissioned position with benefits.
