Home Performance Building Analyst
Neil Kelly Company, a 63 year old residential remodeling and repair contractor, seeks a BPI Certified Residential Building Analyst for its Portland area Home Performance group. The HP Building Analyst works directly with residential clients along with others on the Neil Kelly HP team. The successful candidate will be BPI Certified as a Building Analyst and a Building Envelope Specialist with experience conducting audits with clients. This person will enjoy teamwork; be well-spoken, flexible, efficient, organized, enjoy creative problem solving, and be excited about working in the "green economy." This person works directly with our Home Performance Sales Staff, and marketing the company is an important element of the work. This person will have working experience with Word, Excel, Project, and Home Check computer software. Building Analysts provide their own vehicle.

The job of Sales / Design Consultant for Neil Kelly is a challenging and rewarding one, requiring a combination of design expertise, sales skills, strong communications abilities and entrepreneurial drive.

• Proven, successful track record in design, estimating and client presentations

• Certified Kitchen Designer or Certified Bath Designer a big plus
