Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Eugene
Neil Kelly Co., a Portland-based general residential remodeling contractor, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in its Eugene operations. This is a 40 hour per week position (Monday – Friday / 8:30 – 5:00 with possible occasional Saturday work). Position duties include greeting clients and answering the phone in our retail showroom, processing mail and interoffice paperwork, tracking and ordering office materials, providing word processing assistance to salespeople, keeping showroom samples and brochures orderly, compiling and mailing materials to clients and vendors, and other related work. Office / Administrative experience required. Experience in a construction / design-oriented retail showroom is a plus. On-the-job experience with Word and Excel required. Must be punctual, reliable, detail oriented, accurate – and enjoy working in a small team setting. Neil Kelly is a drug-free workplace. This is a waged position with benefits.
