Assistant Controller II – Portland
We’re a B Corp certified residential remodeling contractor looking for an Assistant Controller. Neil Kelly Co., founded in 1947 and growing, has an immediate opening in its headquarters Accounting Dept. in North Portland. Neil Kelly also has offices in Lake Oswego, Eugene, Bend, and Seattle. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 2-4 years of directly related work experience (general ledger, job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, double entry bookkeeping, and accrual based accounting), be proficient in Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets and queries. A CPA and/or CMA is preferred. Working knowledge of Timberline accounting software is highly desired. Familiarity with Crystal Reports and Access is a plus.
