Designers Job Tour Wows Peers

Our designers draw inspiration from many different sources, especially from their peers.  And every year they share their jobs with their colleagues in the Neil Kelly Remodeling Job Tour.  If you’ve ever been curious about what a professional designer show and tell looks like, here’s your chance:

Designers have their own remodeling tastes, and they are quick to add–like they did in the video–they learn new ideas from their peers. Regardless of individual designers tastes, the first rule:Listen to the client.  You could probably see the different styles in all three projects:  The first bathroom had a modern, Asian, flair.  And while the second project was a mid-century unleashed to bask in modern colors, the third project held to a traditional design.

The Design/Build Process was pioneered by the Neil Kelly Company in the early 1970s, and it allows our clients to contract with a single source for all of their design and remodeling services.  Contrasting with the “traditional” design/bid/build approach where you would be responsible to hire designers, architects, engineers, and remodeling contractors, Neil Kelly offers all these services in one.

And, if you’re not looking for a full-scale remodeling project, Neil Kelly also offers a professional handyman service called Homeforce. It’s great for the little DIY projects you either don’t feel like doing or don’t have time to tackle.

When designers look at their colleagues’ completed work they share information on each other’s ongoing remodeling projects.  What’s that mean for you?  Well, you hire one designer for your remodeling project and you get 15!
