Design/Build Remodeling Project Manager – Seattle

The Project Manager is responsible for working with various team members, estimating, and managing client projects throughout the duration of work. The Project Manager coordinates and manages the work of Carpenters and other field personnel.

The successful candidate will have education / experience in residential structural remodeling project management; will have a verifiable record of successfully bringing projects in on-time and on-budget, as well as being able to provide references from satisfied clients. The successful candidate will be a team leader, an effective communicator in both spoken and written English, be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations, and have computer skills in Word, Excel, and Project. This person will enjoy working in close partnership with Salespeople colleagues, directly with homeowner clients, and coordinating the work of Carpenters, Field Personnel, Trade Contractors and Vendors. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work as a member of a team, be flexible and adaptive, be organized and meet deadlines. This person must enjoy collaboration. This is a commissioned position with benefits.
