National NARI Whole House Remodel
The original design of this 1968 hillside residence had Persian arches, both on the interior and exterior. The interior layout, a series of small rooms was not condusive to the owners’ lifestyle.
The couple likes to cook together and entertain, but the kitchen was small, outdated, and isolated from other spaces.
We converted the small dining room, living room, and kitchen to a "great room" by removing partitions. The homeowners work from home often, so an efficient office enclosure with access to views was desired.
