ORA Whole House Remodel Winner

This two-story home with a Cape exterior had a kitchen that didn’t match the exterior, a basement that was uninviting and poor traffic patterns. The adding, enlarging and relocating doorways improved the traffic pattern. The kitchen now reflects the exterior with bead board accents and corbel details along with banquette seating.
The basement was remodeled for many purpose: a rec room, kitchenette for backyard gatherings, laundry area and full bath.
