REX Award-Whole House Remodel
A neglected 1906 farmhouse in the historic Sellwood neighborhood was transformed.
The main level included a new front porch, enlarged entry, remodeled bath and hallway areas which provided better access to an enlarged back living area. An addition to the back of the home made for an extended kitchen with pantry, dining area, family room and deck.
All that remains of the original upper floor is the stairway. An entirely new space was added to transform the original small, tight space into a wonderful family area. The addition includes a master suite, additional bedrooms, laundry area, and a gathering space.
