Property Restoration Project Administrator – Portland

Neil Kelly Company, a family-owned residential design/build contractor, has an immediate opening for a Project Administrator in its Headquarters office.  This is a fulltime position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30.  Primary duties include client contact, scheduling, data and project paperwork management, data entry using our CRM and accounting software, obtaining permits and pulling financial reports. The successful candidate will have several years of administrative support experience, customer service, strong writing and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), be well-spoken and professional, and have a sense of humor. Organization, good attendance and punctuality are critical in this position, as are attention to detail and accuracy.  Strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people, and the ability to maintain confidential information are required. Experience using the insurance software, Xactimate a is strong plus. This is a waged position with benefits. Neil Kelly is a drug–free workplace.
