What is a punch list?

At Neil Kelly, we call it a completion list — and it's an important part of how we close out your project the right way.

When your remodel reaches substantial completion, meaning your space is fully usable for its intended purpose, your Project Manager will meet with you to walk through any remaining items together. Everything gets documented on the completion list so both you and your team are in clear agreement on what still needs to be addressed. If you've been keeping a running list of your own, bring it to that meeting — or mark items in advance with blue painter's tape so nothing gets overlooked.

Your project isn't considered finished until every item on the list is resolved. Whether that requires a return visit from a trade partner or a delayed product delivery, we see it through. And our warranty ensures we remain a resource for your home well beyond the day we pack up our tools.
