Dave Dempsey went into commercial construction at the ripe old age of 20, learning skills that serve him well today at Neil Kelly. Dave enjoys the planning stages of projects—sitting down with the NK team and the homeowner, developing a plan and then seeing that client’s dream realized. His eye for detail is obvious, especially when working on historical restorations. He takes pride in keeping with a home’s historical roots, working to get “just the right feel.” Dave believes construction is about being consistent and accurate, and appreciates how every Neil Kelly project brings a different challenge.
