While her list of credentials is impressive—OSHA 30 Certification, M.A. in Higher Education Administration, member American Society of Safety Professionals—Lisa Pickert finds the most satisfaction in her communication ability. At Neil Kelly, she helps translate OSHA regulations into language that resonates with all NK team members. She’s proud to inspire them to be safe, while still working efficiently. Lisa’s efforts helped Neil Kelly win the 2017 Remodeler Safety Program of the Year from the National Assn. of Home Builders. And she even keeps safety in mind while she’s sea kayaking around the Gulf Islands.
