Design Associate — Eugene

Before coming to Neil Kelly, Allison spent 12 years in the countertop and tile industry, helping clients make selections, design layouts, and providing specs and quotes to builders and contractors. That hands-on background gives her a deep, practical understanding of the materials and details that bring a design together.

While Allison loves the design work at the heart of the job, she’s energized by working alongside her Neil Kelly team and focused on staying true to the character of each home she works on while meeting the desires of the homeowners.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oregon State University and is a Chief Architect Certified Professional. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, cooking for friends and family, growing veggies and dahlias, and reading too many books at once (if that’s possible).
