Elsa Lemoine is Vice President of Operations at Neil Kelly, where she oversees the production teams across design-build remodeling, handyman services, and solar. She brings a career-long focus on the intersection of people, process, and execution—building teams that work well together and systems that help great work happen consistently.

Relatively new to Neil Kelly, Elsa is energized by the company’s nearly 80-year commitment to craftsmanship, care, and doing things the right way. She is known for her practical, steady leadership style and her ability to keep complex operations moving forward while staying adaptable to change.

Outside of work, Elsa helps run Blownaway Farm, a “swing shift” that keeps her grounded and reminds her that showing up, staying flexible, and doing the work matter—every single day.
