Construction has been part of Lucas’s life from the beginning. As the son of a custom home builder, he grew up around jobsites and worked his way up from the ground level, gaining hands-on experience across every phase of construction. With more than a decade in residential remodeling, he brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by estimating, project management, superintendent work, and skilled finish carpentry, having overseen everything from smaller renovations to multimillion-dollar remodels.

Known for his steady leadership, clear communication, and commitment to quality, Lucas takes pride in creating a smooth, organized process. What he finds most rewarding is seeing a project evolve from an idea into a space that genuinely improves the way a family lives.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Outside of work, he’s a self-taught guitarist who enjoys the creativity and discipline music brings. He loves traveling with his wife and daughter to experience new places, cultures, and cuisine, especially in the mountains and along the coast.Brad’s hands-on construction experience, first as a tile-setter and then as a general contractor, makes him a highly effective team and project leader. Focused on communication and client service, passionate about build quality, and backed by a top-notch team of Neil Kelly craftspeople, he enjoys helping clients transform their dreams into their dream home.
