Sean is a Portland-based Home Improvement Consultant with 37 years of experience and deep artisanal roots as a fourth-generation carpenter. From timber frame restoration to new home construction, Sean has spent decades blending craftsmanship with creativity—earning design awards and media recognition along the way. He specializes in historic homes, handcrafted woodworking, and thoughtful remodels that honor a home’s original character while adding modern function. 

Before joining Neil Kelly, Sean led his own company, SageFields Construction, for 15 years. He’s known for forging lasting client relationships and delivering projects that feel natural, timeless, and personal. Outside of work, Sean enjoys homesteading, mountain biking, acoustic music, and time outdoors with his wife, son, and a good view of the stars.working on old motorbikes.
