Steff Korbas brings a thoughtful blend of hands-on skill and people first perspective to their role as Project Associate. With five years in the industry and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Butler University, Steff’s path began in interior design and home staging before evolving into home repair and carpentry work with high end design-build teams. That journey sparked a lasting appreciation for how homes are built and rebuilt with care. Steff especially enjoys the problem-solving nature of remodels and has a soft spot for historic renovations, where preserving character is just as important as modern function. To Steff, great work happens when technical expertise is matched with genuine care for the people who call these spaces home.
