Meet the Bend Team

The people who bring Neil Kelly's design-build approach to homes across Central Oregon. Designers, project managers, and carpenters all under one roof.

A Team That Knows Central Oregon

Many of our Bend designers, project managers, and carpenters have worked side by side for years on homes across the high desert and the surrounding foothills. They've learned how ancient lava flows affect foundations, how the region's temperature swings test materials differently than in the valley, and what it takes to build for Central Oregon winters.

That kind of shared experience keeps a project running the way it should. When your designer flags a structural question, the production team already has a plan for it. When your project manager sets a schedule, the crew knows how to hold it.

General Management

Setting the standard for how Neil Kelly operates in Bend, Selah Ewert is thoughtful, dedicated, and brings out the best in people. She's a Bend native with more than 20 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of Central Oregon homeowners. You might bump into her on the river or the golf course.

Design Team

Our Bend design team includes nationally certified NKBA designers and award winners at regional and national levels. Each of them brings the same commitment to every project, regardless of scope or budget. Your designer will lead your project from first consultation through completion. See our Award-Winning Designers page for featured work.

Handyman Services

In Bend, Jim Stowers handles smaller projects and repairs—the work that doesn't require a full design-build process but still deserves skilled craftsmanship. He's a journey-level carpenter, a natural problem solver, and a great communicator. And if you're lucky, you just might catch him on stage with his guitar in a bar downtown.
