Meet the Eugene Team
The professionals who have brought Neil Kelly's design-build approach to homes across Lane County. Designers, project managers, and carpenters all under one roof.
A Team That Knows Eugene
Many of our Eugene designers, project managers, and carpenters have worked together for years on homes throughout Lane County. They know how to design for the region's older homes, how local permitting works, and what it takes to keep a project moving through our long, rainy seasons.
Design Team
Our Eugene/Springfield design team includes credentialed designers and award winners at regional and national levels.

Every Neil Kelly remodeling project in the Eugene area has been carried out by an experienced and organized project manager. They've kept our remodels on schedule and on budget.
Handyman Services Team
In Lane County, Aaron Land has handled smaller projects and repairs—the work that doesn't require a full design-build process but still deserves skilled craftsmanship. Aaron is an experienced carpenter who never backs down from a challenge.
