Design Philosophy
Shelley has spent her entire career with Neil Kelly, joining as a Design Associate after earning degrees in Housing Studies and Design from Oregon State University in 1997. She feels strongly that our homes are our sanctuaries, and enjoys helping clients transform their dreams and inspirations into a personal environment they can enjoy every day. This perspective informs her current role of supervisor/coach/mentor to all NK Design Associates, providing support, direction and professional development opportunities to help them be successful and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
On evenings and weekends, Shelley enjoys working in her garden, appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and cheering on the Beavers!
