How do I share design inspiration with my Neil Kelly designer?

Last Updated June 24, 2026

If you've been dreaming about your new space, platforms like Pinterest and Houzz are great ways to collect and share ideas with your Design Consultant. Saving images of spaces, materials, colors, and styles you love — and ones you don't — gives your designer a clear picture of your taste and helps get the design moving in the right direction from the start.

Not on Pinterest or Houzz yet? They're easy to get started with, and your Design Consultant can walk you through how to use them if you'd like a hand.

You can also fill out Neil Kelly's Lifestyle & Design Questionnaires from our Are You Ready to Remodel Workbook before your first meeting. These questionnairs help your designer understand how you live in your home and what matters most to you in the new space.

And if you're not sure what your personal style looks like yet or don't want to do any homework before we get started, that's completely normal. Exploration is part of the process, and your designer is looking forward to helping you figure it out.
