As Chief Financial Officer, Emily provides strategic insights to Neil Kelly’s executive team and is responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving profitability, and ensuring fiscal discipline. She truly enjoys one unique aspect of her role, “I get to work with team members in every other department and location, and love our collaborative work environment.”

Before joining Neil Kelly, Emily worked in public accounting, serving a range of industries including construction, manufacturing, health care, and professional services. Her excellent interpersonal skills, combined with a deep understanding of financial principles and a knack for problem-solving, have consistently helped her achieve successful outcomes and cultivate strong professional relationships.

When not balancing the books, Emily balances many interests and activities including travel, camping, hiking and snowboarding. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and “feline” family.
