Tom Kelly

Much the way his dad Neil shaped our business, Tom Kelly’s influences can be felt in every aspect of what we do. During his four decades at the helm, Tom drove us to expand into five fast-growing locations throughout the Northwest. Today, more than 200 employees and thousands of satisfied clients benefit from his innovative vision and deft management style.

Tom’s influence keeps our core values front and center—particularly caring about the environment and our local communities. Known for his service to our community, Tom is a former chair of the Portland Development Commission (aka Prosper Portland). Among other accolades, Tom was recognized with the Volunteers of America of Oregon DePriest Award and the Fred Case Award for Entrepreneur of the Year.

Since his recent retirement, Tom and his wife are often found sailing local waters or carving up mountainsides.
