Design Philosophy
With a decade of experience in new home construction and remodeling, Mark understands that construction is full of challenges, and he enjoys taking them on. From preparing schedules and budgets to ordering materials and procuring permits to ensuring effective communication between the NK team, subcontractors and the client, Mark keeps projects running according to plan. He really appreciates the finishing touches- the installation of trim and accessories – when everyone can see all the hard work pay off, and clients can begin to enjoy their transformed space.
When he’s not shepherding projects, Mark enjoys traveling with his family, golfing with friends, and playing in a Seattle men’s hockey league.
