What are the scope levels for a bathroom remodel (Refresh/Replace/Reimagine)?

Bathroom remodels generally fall into one of three scope levels: Refresh (cosmetic updates within existing layout), Replace (all new materials and fixtures within exisitng layout), and Reimagine (regonfigure layout including plumbing and electrical, then installing all new materials and fixtures).
