We had a great experience with Neil Kelly with our kitchen and two-bathroom remodel! From conception to design to build we were incredibly happy with Chad and George and the entire Bend Team. We’re so pleased with the outcome and the beauty and functionality of our new spaces. Chad went above and beyond helping us design spaces for what best suited our hopes and needs, and his responsiveness is unparalleled. George ensured every detail in the build was perfect. They stayed on budget and on schedule, a rarity for sure in today’s construction world! We would use them again with no reservations.

When we bought our house, we knew the kitchen had to be gutted. I did all the work to clear the space and then John came in to build it back up. He fixed the structural issues with the floor, installed all the cabinets, doors, trim, and backsplash. And all the subcontractors and other trades he brought in on the project did quality work. I'm someone who likes to be very involved with any project on my house and John was great. He was experienced, friendly, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend John.

We worked with Neil Kelly to update a 35 year old kitchen in Sunriver. Jamie had great ideas for options, and the kitchen spiff came within budget and projected timeline. Paul our project manager kept things moving and Cameron was amazing in refinishing a butcher block and misc. items. All the subcontractors were top quality. We had Neil Kelly update a Master bath 7 years ago, and have used the handyman on smaller projects over the years. They are our go to for many projects.

I have worked on multiple projects with the Neil Kelly team; a new kitchen, a new laundry room, energy efficiency upgrades, and a whole 450+ sqft ADU. Not to mention all the times they came and the Handyman team repaired my house after my dog ate through walls and doors. All their teams are amazing at communicating throughout the process, and really take the time to make sure things are up to my standard. Including helping find ways to stay in budget. We are very pleased with the project Neil Kelly did for us. We remodeled a laundry room into a new bathroom and moved the laundry room to another location. Chad Terry was great to work with in the design phase. He walked us through the entire project, helped us pick out quality fixtures that kept us within our budget. Ray Sampson did an outstanding job getting his subs lined up and ready to go. He sent us photos weekly of the progress while we were out of town. The project actually got completed about two weeks earlier than scheduled. Would highly recommend them.
