How often will I receive project updates?

Before construction begins, you'll receive a detailed project schedule outlining each phase of your remodel from start to finish. This schedule intentionally builds in a small amount of flexibility to account for the unexpected conditions that can sometimes arise during construction.

Once work is underway, your Project Manager will send you weekly updates outlining what to expect in the week ahead. These updates cover upcoming work, access to your home, any utility shutoffs, and other important details you'll want to know about in advance.

Beyond the weekly cadence, your design team will also make scheduled job site visits at key milestones throughout construction — including after demolition, after rough-in plumbing and electrical, during cabinet installation, at tile layout, and at substantial completion.

If something shifts at any point, your team will communicate promptly and work with you to determine the best path forward. And of course, if you ever have questions or concerns between updates, you're always welcome to reach out.
