Who is my main point of contact during construction?

Once construction begins, your Project Manager (PM) becomes your primary point of contact for all day-to-day questions and decisions. They set the schedule, manage the Neil Kelly carpenter team, oversee trade partners, and keep you informed about what to expect each week.

You'll also get to know your Neil Kelly Carpenters well, as they are in your home more than any other team member during construction. They're knowledgeable about your project and great to have around, but for questions about the bigger picture — schedule, scope, decisions — your PM is always your best resource.

Your Design Consultant doesn't disappear once construction starts. They step back from day-to-day involvement but remain available for any design-related questions and will make scheduled visits at key milestones throughout the build. You're always welcome to reach out to them directly if something design-related comes up.

The official hand-off from your design team to your production team happens at the Pre-Start Meeting, which takes place a few weeks before construction begins — so you'll know exactly who to call before the first day of work ever starts.
