A Team That Knows Seattle
Many of our Seattle designers, project managers, and carpenters have worked together for years on homes throughout the city and the surrounding Puget Sound area. They've learned how to operate in our region's older homes, how seismic considerations factor into structural work, and what it takes to keep a project moving through our long, wet season.
That kind of shared experience keeps a project running the way it should. When your designer flags a structural question, the production team already has a plan for it. When your project manager sets a schedule, the crew knows how to hold it.

With more than 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry and a knack for uplifting her team, Amanda Armstrong Sava brings a special light to her role as general manager of our Seattle location. Throughout her career, she's worked in nearly every design style and believes good design is about authenticity, quality materials, and knowing when to keep things classic.
